Glad you're going to do that. I had a customer complain tonite about having to wait too long and I had a dicussion with her and I apologized about the wait and I even gave them dessert on the house. I was able to make a bad situation good and that makes me glad. : Sounds good. I will ask them what's up if the service is not up to par again. Hopefully it was just a short glitch.
Texas sounds nice but Ive only been in South Carolina for about 8 months now. Im not a perfect manager but I do try as hard as I can. My goal is to be the best damn fast food manager their is. I work hard at my job and Im truly hoping that I do succeed.
: By the way, how does the Lone Star State sound? I think that location could use someone like you with a bent toward quality. Seems I remember overhearing the franchise owner's representative chewing out the management during a sit-down discussion while I was eating. This was some time ago. Perhaps she could use you there.
