- McDonald's -Bad Service...
I stopped at a McDonalds in Dearlodge Montana. The place wasn't very busy,(one person ahead of my family). There was two females at the counter. One was taking orders, the other one was just standing there with her back to us. She never asked to take our order, greet us or anything. So when it came our turn to order, we ordered, but there was a problem with communications between the counter and the cooks because they kept repeating my order back and fourth. By the time i finally got the last of my order, my family was already done with their food so, I ate alone while they waited for me. I have stopped at the same store one year prior to this, and the same things seem to take place there. You can call it bad luck or bad training but it is bad business... The first time this happened we left a complaint slip in the comment box. This time I thought the intenet might help. None.
