Sorry, I do not know of an 800 number or e-mail address, but for 32 cents you can write Jack Greenberg, President, McDonald's Corporation, Kroc Drive, Oak Brook, IL. 60521, about your complaint. Most McDonald's are independently, privately owned and operated. Please do not judge all McDonald's by a bad experience at one location.
