What I think is a disgrace, is the fact that the McDonalds corporation asked her to participate in the first place. McDonalds is a family restaurent and is no place for Ms Hanson or her anacronistic views. It would not be appropriate for David Irving to join McHappy day, nor would it be appropriate for David Duke, so why ask an uneducated and ignorant individual such as Ms Hanson.
My guess is that it was because she worked in a fish and chip shop and that she and Ronald have the same hair, lip-stick and fashions.
