I personally think that Macca's provides excellent service and that a
lot of customers take it for granted. I know in the town I live a lot of other shops provide a terrible service and don't seem to really be that interested in me or more importantly the money I am willing to spend.A lot of people would like to see the business take a dive, only through sheer jealousy of anything successful. But really where else do you get consistent Quality, Service, Cleanliness & Value.

Sometimes, yes they have bad days with equipment problems but where else doesn't. I know I have been in situations like that - it only seems worse because of the amount of people that continually go through the door.
If only the everyday person knew what staff had to go through with cleaning, organising shifts, product handling & worst of all Full field reports.
