one day you may be working for one of these "teens"

It certainly may seem that way, but I view many workers older than 19, particularly during the day. Teens tend to work in the evenings and weekends when they are not in school. Anyway, what's wrong with "teens". Some are immature and irresponsible (weren't many of us at one time), but many are good students working to make ends meet (they have expenses too), saving money for college, or trying to get work experience for a better job. Give them a break, many are trying their best under difficult circumstances and deserve your patience as look as they are polite and pleasant. Who knows, perhaps one day you may be working for one of these "teens" or they may be President.
