food poisoning at McDonald's

I've worked at Mc'donald's for 2 yrs now. Do you actually have proof that McDonald's made her throw up. We had a customer call and say her husband was throwing up and he had just eaten at our mcdonalds she was trying to say it was food poisoning and we have to do something about. But the reason he was throwing up was because he had eaten enough food for TWO days. I mean people will say anything just to get anything these days it's really pathetic.
