There was a time when oppressive regimes had to kick you in the teeth to get your submission now we just roll out the ballots.Can anyone tell me why we vote for parties that dont represent us but represent corporates and do so willfully?
I mean it's got to be obvious I never voted 'Labour Party' I voted Coca Cola!
Real democracy would be impossible because every citizen would be consulted on every aspect of the economy etc. vie a questionnaire or something. Not every citizen understands politics never mind economics!
