Everyone is equal in that they are members of the human race. We all have different apptitudes, skills, levels of intelligence, levels of morality, etc.. Some people will function better under capitalism, some under socialism, some under communism, etc. The question is what "ism" is most beneficial to society as a whole? The answer is none of them but rather a combination of them. We should all have the ability to achieve as much as we can. Those that have less abilities, or opportunities should, in my opinion, be guaranteed at least what is necessary to be a member of the human race with dignity. That includes education and healthcare, among other things. In that one sentence I have stated I am a capitalist and a socialist. How can that be?
