First of all, trading on the Vancouver Stock Exchange says a lot about your business acumen. Personally, I wouldn't touch anyone who trades on the Vancouver Stock Exchange with a ten-foot pole.
: It's simply too full of unethical traders and all one has to do is look at the mainstream business press and look at all the scams that have been going on there for a very long time. If I did trade on the Vancouver Stock Exchange I sure wouldn't tell anybody. My business reputation would be tarnished and that would be the end of it.

: what could have been a very novel idea.You have failed to take into consideration shipping and storage costs for vegetarian foodstuffs not to mention the fact that the shelf life of many vegetarian products (especially tofu) do not make it economically sound. Not even in the most ideal market. There is also a tendency for tofu based products to go bad and that would require much more stringent regulations than what are currently in place right now. That would then mean more government regulation would it not?

Obviously you have no idea what capital markets are all about. The biggest securities scam of all time was a member of the prestigious TSE 300 index. Anyway, have you ever heard of short selling?
The last time I checked, meat products had to be shipped and stored to (or are you saying McDonald's raises the cows in the basement?). I'm not an expert on meat, but I don't think it keeps to long unfrozen either. Obviously you also know nothing about inventory levels and turnover in the fast food industry. Have you ever looked at the many vegetarian patties in your grocers freezer. How does haveing veggies on hand for vegetarian meals differ from having veggies on hand to top cow burgers.
I'm glad to see you think my marketing ideas are so valuable. However, since I don't intend to enter the restaurant business, I'm happy to provide them as a public service.
Anyway, Quincunx, just how many names do you post under anyway? "Securities Trader", "Another Ex-convict",... . Then you use these as evidance of suppart for your ideas because you know you can't win a debate on your own. I see you accusing Karen of posing under differant names. I guess their right, it always is the suspicious ones...
