Unfortunately, it will take most of those people a hell of a long time to get here, because as a matter of principle, they cannot travel by aeroplane for fear of contributing to global warming etc. and consuming finite resources such as jet fuel.

Perhaps they can walk. Oops... what about the shoe leather made from dead cows.

Sailing boats perhaps? But then, they might run into a fish and kill it along the way...
