ADC Premier and Select members can schedule time at the Compatibility Labs using their Compatibility Lab asset included with their membership. Complete the submission form below to request time at the Developer Compatibility Labs.

Scheduling an appointment.

ADC Premier members may use the labs up to three (3) times a month, and ADC Select members may use the labs up to two (2) times a month. To schedule lab time you must have the “ADC labs” asset in your ADC account. It is best to request lab time at least one (1) week in advance. To schedule an appointment, please use our online scheduling form below or by phone at +1-408-862-7175 (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time). Scheduling within Member Center using ADC Membership benefits is not supported.

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel, please give us two (2) business days advance notice so that we can accommodate other developers who wish to use the Labs. To cancel your reservation, contact us at developerlabs@apple.com or by phone at +1-408-862-7175 (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time).
