DESCRIPTION
     The scanf_l(), fscanf_l(), sscanf_l(), vscanf_l(), vsscanf_l(), and
     vfscanf_l() functions are extended locale versions of the scanf(),
     fscanf(), sscanf(), vscanf(), vsscanf(), and vfscanf() functions, respec-tively. respectively.
