The 2003 Annual Meeting of the C-RS National Capital Chapter will consist of a short business meeting followed by a presentation by John Righetti, C-RS President, on Rusyn Superstitions & Customs.

Also on the agenda will be an overview of the Seventh World Congress of Rusyns by Elaine Rusinko. Elaine will also update members on the Chapter's efforts regarding the promotion of publicity about Rusyns and the pursuit of political issues related to Rusyns, especially related to the 2001 census of Ukraine.
