What MTE can't do

MTE does'nt WISIWYG, for that's against the principles of HTML. Instead it respects the standards.

There is no own CSS editor. The author didn't feel the needs. There are quite usable CSS editors, so why re-invent the wheel?

There are no Javascript collections, no programming environment for Java or Javascript as well. MTE is optimized for writing, not for programming.
