Replace Confirmation Dialog

Details on Replace Confirmation Fields:

Found String List: The list at the top of the confirmation dialog provides information about the replacement context. Replacement strings are always listed. If you have 'Display First Hit Line' enabled in Options-Output, the search hit line will be listed. Double click on the search hit to display the View Context dialog and see more of the context of the pending replacement. You can also highlight one or more lines in the dialog and copy them to the clipboard with CTRL+C or from the mouse right click menu.

Replace This button: This single occurrence of the string will be replaced. The next prompt will be for the next hit, if any.

Replace Rest In File button: The pending replacement and all other occurrences in the current file will be replaced. The next prompt will in the next file, if any.

Replace Rest In Directory button: The pending replacement and all occurrences in all files in the same directory as this file will be replaced. The next prompt will be for the first file in the next directory, if any.

Replace All Remaining button: The pending replacement and all other occurrences in all files to be processed will be replaced. No more prompts will be offered until the end of the operation.

Skip This button: This one replace will be skipped. The next prompt will be at the next hit, if any.

Skip Rest of File button: The pending replacement and all others in the current file will be skipped. The next prompt will be for the next file, if any.

Skip Rest In Directory button: The pending replacement and all others in the remaining files in the directory will be skipped. The next prompt will be for the next file in the next directory, if any.

Cancel Remaining button: Abort the entire operation. The pending replacement and all others will be canceled.
