RECIPES


Lebanese cuisine is different from family to family, just as most recipes. Lebanese people are proud of their cooking.

These recipes are basic and can always be tailored to individual taste.
Food is one of the reasons we Lebanese get together and enjoying good food in particular.

The ideal Lebanese meal starts with MEZZA, served with drinks.

Then the main course that consists of meat, vegetables, salad, bread and olives.

Fresh fruits or pastries are served after the main course and Lebanese coffee (Ahweh).
