Mini RC - Start Programming

Getting Started

Step 1:  You will need the MPLAB IDE software Ver 7.2, and the MPLAB C18 Compiler version 2.4. Do not use newer version.  These tools are available with our C-BOT COMPILER disk.

Step 2:  Download the Mini RC default code  (2-16-2004)
This is only needed if you intend to learn and/or modify the programming in the Mini RC.
A different default code is available for the Full Size RC used in FIRST Competitions, do not use this code on the Full Size RC.

Step 3:  Read the manuals (below).

 2004 Programming Reference Guide (12-04-2004)
 IFI Loader v1.0.10   Used to load Microchip hex files into the Mini-RC or (2004 or newer) Full-Size RC.
