  Data Entry message will be transmitted after RPC LSB or RPC MSB.

  Data is send in the following form:

    1011nnnn    Control Change; n=Channel [0.15= Channel 1.16]
    00000110    Data Entry (LSB or MSB)
    0vvvvvvv    v=Data Entry [0.127]

  Transmission will take 0.96 ms.
