Description

This function will convert an RGB to an integer value.
In hicolor mode a color can be made by an integer color value
which is 16 bit wide, with the form 'xRRRRRGGGGGBBBBB'.
The Red, Green and Blue values may range from 0 to 31.
This function is useful in 32768 hicolor mode.


Syntax

  FGL_RGBtoI(< R >,< G >,< B >) -> Integer value.
