Description
This procedure will draw a checkbox with it's upper-left corner at the
position ('X','Y'). The checkbox is 16 high and 16 pixel wide.
If 'Active' is TRUE, the checkbox will be activated, else it will be empty.
Syntax
FGL_CHECKBOX(< X >,< Y >,< Active >)
