IMPORTANT INFORMATION

        All System functions are low level C and Assembler functions.
        They are all well behaved and written in Microsoft C 6.00
        and Turbo Assembler 1.0

        I have sofar not experienced any problems with them and they
        should not give You any either. Never the less, since they
        go into the Hart of the Computer You should use them cautiously
        and strictly the way suggested in the descriptions.

        To speed things, I have ommitted any param checking in these
        functions as it is assumed You know what You are doing.
