 tw_MdStr( cString )
 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
     Send commands to the modem. The Hayes modem attention 'AT'
     automatically precedes the command.

       Arguments:

     cString - 'C' Modem command string.

       Return:

     NIL

       Example:

     tw_MdStr( "Z0" ) Resets the modem.
