extracted from TSEP62.EXE. When this is finished, please put a formatted,
blank, high density (1.44MB) diskette into drive A: and enter...
`MAKEDISK'
...to make a Toshiba Special Enhancements Diskette. Once this disk has been
built in drive A:, the enhancements can be installed by entering "A:SETUP" at a
DOS prompt. Do not execute MAKEDISK on systems running a DOS release earlier
than MS-DOS 6.0.
