  2.     If you're running any version of GAPStat prior to v3.9 you MUST run
  3.     GSCONV.EXE to convert GAPStat's data file to the new format.

  5.     Place GSCONV.EXE in your MAIN directory (where GAPSTAT.DAT is) and
  6.     run it from there.

  8.     If this is your 1st installation of GAPStat, you need not run this
