  52.           1.0  OPMED V3.20wb is copyrighted material.  You may  use it on a
  53.                trial basis provided you do not violate the copyright and if
  54.                you follow these  simple  rules.  Use of  OPMED V3.20wb on a
  55.                regular basis requires purchase as described later.

  57.           1.1  You may  not  make  any  changes  or modifications  to OPMED
  58.                Version 3.20wb,  and you may not de-compile, disassemble, or
  59.                otherwise reverse-engineer it. You  may  not  rent  or lease
  60.                OPMED to others.

  62.           1.2  You may make copies of OPMED V3.20wb only under the terms of
  63.                the following section entitled "Limited License  to Copy and

  102.                       LIMITED LICENSE TO COPY AND USE

  106.           Version 3.20 under the following conditions:

  108.           -    OPMED  V3.20wb  must  be  copied  in  its  unmodified  form,

  113.                     OPMED.HLP      : OPMED help file.
  114.                     OPMED.TLT      : OPMED translation file.
  115.                     OPMED.CFG      : Sample OPMED control file.

  117.                     OPMED.WAR      : This file.
  118.                     OPMED.BET      : OPMED beta crew

  122.           -    You may  change the  archive format  to any archive type, as
  123.                long as none of the files in  the archive have been changed.
  124.                Starting with OPMED 3.20, the "official" archiving method is
  125.                ZIP, mainly because it makes for the smallest archive.

  127.           -    All the files in the archive  must  be distributed together.

  129.           -    No fee, charge or  other  compensation  may  be  accepted or
  130.                requested by  anyone without  the express written permission
  131.                of ProSoft.  This  includes  disk  vendors  and user groups.
