  2.   Effective on 10/01/94 Intelec dropped it's $35 membership/application fee.
  3.   While it is possible it may be implemented once again at a future date, we
  4.   hope it will not be necessary.  Please see NETRULES.IN file of IN_9501.ZIP
  5.   for further details of this new policy.

  7.   But after (3) months under this new policy Intelec has grown by 47 members
  8.   and this translates to an average of one new member a day. While our total
  9.   membership stands at 409, that is 409 "actual" members,  unline other nets
  10.   whose totals are bloated to some very misleading numbers  due to nodelists
  11.   that never seem to get updated. Intelec *constantly* updates it's nodelist
  12.   to ensure it is the most accurately represented information in the network
  13.   community. So when "shopping around" for a new network, choose the network
  14.   that doesn't misrepresent itself to you. Thanks!
