  4.     Applet CoolText Wizard is a powerful tool developed by 
  5.     SourceTec Software Co. Ltd which can automate the tasks 
  6.     configuring the parameters of the CoolText(TM) applet.
  7.  
  8.     The Applet CoolText Wizard(ACW) helps you create attractive 
  9.     Java animate banners for your Web pages without coding.You 
  10.     could have serveral banners in one applet,and show them 
  11.     circularly. There are 13 kinds of switching methods between 
  12.     these banners. ACW provides 14 animate styles and 4 wordsÆ 
  13.     special effects for the text messages. The animate styles 
  14.     include scrolling your a large number of text messages 
  15.     horizontally or vertically.

  17.     Used with the included CoolText Java applet, the wizard guides 
  18.     you through building graphic and message banners in an easy, 
  19.     straightforward operation. You can choose from several included 
  20.     templates ,or create your own banners from scratch. Configuring 
  21.     banners with ACW,you could  preview whenever necessary. When 
  22.     the configuration is finished ,copy-and-paste the completed 
  23.     HTML into your Web page, then the banners are ready for use.
