  1. This is a Test Letter, to demonstrate the capabilities of 
  2. "The Mailperson (c)"  to  generate individually addressed 
  3. form letters.

  5. The program reads a text file (created with an editor, or
  6. using the MODIFY COMMAND command in DBASE(tm).    It then
  7. creates  a  text file,   that you may name,   that can be 
  8. printed using WordStar(tm).
  9.  
  10. The program does not require MAILMERGE(tm) to produce the
  11. letter file,  nor to  print it.   That fact will save you
  12. $160.00 (at current suggested retail price) if you decide
  13. to 'register' THE MAILPERSON  instead of purchasing MAIL-
  14. MERGE(tm)
