  1. This is a fix received from the WordStar technical support
  2. department.  It only applies to WordStar 2000, Release 3.5, Rev. A
  3. The problem encountered is that occasionally, right justification
  4. does not work on a particular line.  If you encounter this type
  5. of problem, this fix should help you.  I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU
  6. TO BACK A COPY OF FILE WS2EDIT.OVR BEFORE APPLYING THIS CHANGE
  7. IN CASE SOMETHING DOESN'T WORK RIGHT.  If you have trouble, I
  8. suggest you contact the WordStar 2000 Tech Support group for
  9. Release 3.5 at (812) 323-0112 for assistance.

  11. The fix is:   (NOTE:  sp means press the space bar, ENTER means
  12.                       press the Enter/Return key)
  13.  
  14. cd\ws2000         ENTER (or wherever you've installed the WordStar pgms)
  15. debug ws2edit.ovr ENTER (the debug program must be in your path)
  16. e f554 ENTER
  17. 90 sp 90 sp 90 ENTER    (this is the tricky line; it reads type in 90
  18.                          space bar 90 space bar 90 enter)
