  3. You may feel free to distribute SmallTime, but we ask that you do the

  6.     1. Charge a distribution fee of no more than $5.00 for a copy of
  7.        SmallTime.

  9.     2. Make the customer aware of the "try before you buy" concept of
  10.        shareware.
  11.  
  12.     3. Do not modify of remove any of the files included with
  13.        SmallTime.
  14.  
  15.     4. Do not "bundle" SmallTime with any hardware product.

  17.     5. Let us know who you are and what version of SmallTime you have
  18.        so we can inform you of updates and tell you about our other
  19.        products.
