  6. If you like my images and care to keep them (for wallpaper or not), I ask 
  7. that you donate to my fund for photographing more lighthouses.  $1 - $5
  8. is acceptable.  I do not expect to ever earn money off my hobby.  It would
  9. be taken as a token of your appreciation for my art.  If there is interest
  10. in other lighthouse images, please do not hesitate to e-mail me at the address
  11. below.

  20. To use these Lighthouse images as the Desktop Background Screen on your 
  21. computer:
  22.  
  23. 1. Copy or place the lighthouse images in your windows directory
  24.    (typically C:\Windows)
  25.  
  26. 2. Right click on your desktop, and click "Properties" (or double-click
  27.    on "display" under Control Panels).
  28.  
  29. 3. You should open a dialog box with the "Background" tab
  30.    active.

  32.    In the "Wallpaper" section (lower right hand side of window) 
  33.    scroll down to one of the images as follows:

  35.      1) Boston (Boston Harbor Lighthouse - Massachusetts)
  36.      2) Capeeliz (Cape Elizabeth Light - Maine)
  37.      3) Highland (Highland Light Station - Masschusetts)
  38.      4) Newlond1 (New London Ledge Light - Connecticut)
  39.      5) Pemiqdpt (Pemiquid Point - Maine)
  40.      6) Portland (Portland Head Light - Maine)
  41.      7) Thatchis (Thatcher's Island Twin Lights - Masschusetts)

  43.    When you have highlighted one of these files, click "OK".

  45. 4. Click APPLY or OK to install.
