  20. The Vixens have recently dropped their price.  My local store now offers
  21. the 4.5" Newtonian on equatorial mount for $298.  The mount looked pretty
  22. good, better than the Meade 4420 sitting next to it for $349 (now 
  23. discontinued).  A disadvantage of the Vixen is that it employs .965"
  24. eyepieces, but two are included for the $298 price (I believe 8mm & 18mm).
