- I think this discussion boils down to the definition of QUALITY.
- The definition used today for quality is "to produce good or services
- that will totally satisfy customer's requirements." Every car company
- knows the requirements for target customers and build cars to
- satisfy those customers. It's actually a good thing that Infinity
- and Lexus came to existence because there were obviously some
- people whose requirements were not met by existing cars (BMW).
