- Certainly, but the hypothalamus is MORE associated with the
- 4 F's outlined by Don than any component of the limbic system is.

- Given that the hippocampus functionally communicates with the hypothalamus,
- we would be quite surprised to learn that it wasn't associated with
- these phenomena, but I imagine that in a survey level course, the instructor
- was probably referring to the hypothalamus.
