- Yeah, I heard that the Beatnigs were mostly a punk/thrash/you-name-it band. I
- guess it didn't work out and so they tried rap. The second song on the Heroes'
- album, "Television, Drug of the Nation", is a remake of an old Beatnigs song.
- That's sorta how they got to use those chains and shit in their music.
- Personally, I think that they're a lot better rap group than they were a thrash
- band. The album is good, but some of the tracks really suck. I think it's worth
- the money, though.
