  13. I had posted a while back that I wrote some benchmarks which are on
  14. "The Wizard" CD-ROM from Aris.  Aris released the Wizard this week,
  15. but the initial release does not have the benchmarks I described in my
  16. posting on it.  It does test data throughput, but not seek time or
  17. throughput under MPC constraints.  It also does not have the CPU and
  18. video benchmarks that the next release will have.  The next release
  19. will be available in December, with all the new video and sound
  20. drivers that appear at Comdex.  I did not want anyone to purchase the
  21. product under false assumptions.
