- Sounds okay on the face of it. (Although I don't know why we'd stop
- at such an inflexible contract: adults should be considered competent
- enough to construct their own agreements, within bounds.)

- We could argue over your default condition (unilateral female choice);
- I find that it constitutionally and logically (in my own humble logic)
- implies that the +default+ for men should be unilateral choice of
- whether to provide child support.
