- I understand that polio is just about extinct in the western
- hemisphere, and that it may be the next disease to be erradicated
- worldwide (the first was smallpox).

- I find it very hard to believe that there are any documented cases
- where it was proved that someone got polio from picking through trash
- containing disposable diapers. Hepatitis, I could believe.

- On the paper vs. plastic grocery bag debate: plastic bags are much
- better for wrapping up used disposable diapers.
