  23. is the production manager for a South Australian based company which is
  24. in the process of installing a computerised position detection system in New
  25. York city.  He has just discovered that he needs to replace 9 copies of a
  26. 512 byte EPROM (27C512 / 150 ns) in the system which has already been sent
  27. to New York.

  31. Is there any problem with the idea of sending a binary file
  32. created on an IBM PC Cross Assembler across the Network to New York?
  33. It would need to be transferred to my Macintosh via
  34. Apple File Exchange then sent to my unix box via FTP then transferred
  35. to somebody's unix box in New York via FTP who can then use the file
  36. to burn 9 EPROMs to be picked up by our representative in New York.
