  16. A friend of mine has a room available in a 3-bedroom apartment
  17. in the Dunn Loring/Vienna area. The apartment a 5 minute walk
  18. to the Dunn Loring Metro stop (on the Orange Line); it's about 5
  19. minutes to the Beltway and 10 minutes to Tyson's Corner.

  21. The apartment has central air conditioning, gas heat, and
  22. cable TV.

  24. The other residents of the apartment are both nonsmoking
  25. females in their mid-twenties; they would like to rent the room
  26. to someone who sits this profile as well.

  28. Rent is under $300 per month plus 1/3 of utilities (plan on
  29. $40 plus whatever you spend in long-distance telephone calls).
