  35.     That's not the kind of prejudice that Victor is implying.  Rather the
  36. racist kind.

  38.     He's saying that Libertarians want to use psuedo-science to back up
  39. racist policies.

  41.     But since the Libertarians do not promote racist policies, it's a
  42. strawman.

  44.     (And when referring to policies that may or may not be proven, one
  45. usually does not refer to them as "prejudiced".)
