- Basically, unlimited stacking yields unrealistic game play. The problem
- with never allowing stacking is that it inhibits movements of units 'through'
- each other in an unrealistic manner. Allowing stacking, but making it
- potentially costly, gives a very 'elegant' solution to this problem (IMO).
- You _don't_ get 'invulnerable to attack units' in real life by combining a
- dozen armies and making the game play this way would seriously unbalance
- combat.

- I believe there are some changes that make the game harder & remove some of
- the 'game-buster' strategies in v4, but I don't believe the basic game or
- units have changed. (I don't have v4 to be sure).
