  13.     I am looking for a published/public domain finite-element program for solving
  14. the Navier-Stokes equation (2D). A program similar to the one published by Taylor &
  15. Hughes (1981). I have the book but I dont want to type the whole thing. Does anyone 
  16. know if it is something available in any ftp site?
