  19. GPS is most definitely operational, and GPS receivers are now readily
  20. available, albeit with less accuracy than their military cousins.  (The
  21. Feds require this to be so, so that some turkey like Sodamn Insane can't
  22. use our own positioning system to aim his Scuds to the nearest millimeter!)
  23. One of the biggest uses right now is in aviation - check with some private
  24. pilots in your area and see if they'll show you some of the latest avionics
  25. catalogs.
