  13.         I am looking for the "best" copier in the $500-$700 range. My criteria
  14. are, in order of importance:

  16. 1. The ability to enlarge and reduce (at least one scale either way)
  17. 2. Quality of copies, of course (i.e. resolution, ability to increase darkness
  18. without blurring, ability to "flatten out" pages from thick books)
  19. 3. Portability: (a) low volume -- esp. height; (b) low mass
  20. 4. Other features: (a) adaptability of power requirements; (b) letter/legal;
  21. (c) speed; (d) toner efficiency / price

  23.         If someone can suggest the lowest priced or best value dealer, please
  24. post or mail me. Brand names are inconsequential, but I'd really prefer a
  25. particular dealer. I'm only planning to purchase one (possibly two), so I'm
  26. also in the market for a used copier with a high toner efficiency.

  28.         On a related note, I am looking for the supplier with the lowest
  29. prices for the following office media. I have indicated the quantity that
  30. I normally purchase, which is typically single-unit (i.e. no bulk discounts),
  31. and I'm taking that into account. That is, big coprporate bulk dealers don't
  32. do me any good.

  34. 1. 18-20 lb. nonperforated white laser printer paper, ~5 reams
  35. 2. HP IIP toner catridges, 2-5
  36. 3. Copier machine toner (see above), 2-5
  37. 4. SyQuest removable disks, 88 meg, 2-3
