- Perhaps you could put together a document that a seller could present...
- Some sort of certificate of inspection.
- Then you could contact sellers directly and offer this service, so that the
- car is pre-inspected for the buyer.
- 'Course the seller is usually looking for a buck, so you may want to consider
- a special deal where, for a little more, they pay you only after they sell the
- car.

- You could also try asking used car lots if they would let you put flyers on
- their desk. An honest used car salesman (supposing one existed) should have no
- problem with an independent evaluation of his merchandise.

- Finally, I suppose that ads at auto-parts stores might have some success.
