  15. One of my lines is POLHEMUS.  They originally settled in Recife, Brazil,
  16. which in the early 17th century was a Dutch colony, but they were apparently
  17. driven out by the Portuguese and immigrated to New Netherlands.  Is there a
  18. history of the Dutch colony of Recife written in English?
