  12. I posted recently regarding my problem with my back and diving,
  13. and was completley inundated with personal letters.
  14.  
  15. Starting the day after my post, my mailbox was crammed with letters
  16. from fellow divers who sufferd all manner of back problems, and I 
  17. gathered several leads to track down, as well as several promising
  18. tips.
  19.  
  20. To those of you who responed, my sincere thanks!
  21.  
  22. I regret that I don't have time to answere each of you personally,
  23. but let me say that after spending a day in the trenches,
  24. (business) under the law of me-bigger-my-meat, 
  25. perhaps the biggest benefit of this exercise was the refreshing spirit
  26. of camaradrie that DOES exist among those of us who dive.

  28. You were strangers, and you took time to write long letters filled with
  29. ernst attempts to help me dive. There was nothing to gain for you,
  30. and you truley stunned me with your overwhelming response.
