- Summary: Are Boschs bad?
- Keywords: spark plugs, help
-
- Well, I know this a beat-it-to-death question, but...
-
- It's time for me to replace the spark plugs in my '84 Scirocco,
- and I am genuinely hesitant about using Bosch Platinums again.
- (I've used them for the last 3 replacements)
-
- It's true that right after I put them in the engine runs better,
- but only for a short while. Inspecting the plugs, I see that the
- electrode is all chewed up, even after only a few thousand miles.
-
- Has anyone else had problems with the B. Plats and what other
- brands do people recommend?
-
- Thanks for input.
