  14. Well, I know this a beat-it-to-death question, but...

  16. It's time for me to replace the spark plugs in my '84 Scirocco,
  17. and I am genuinely hesitant about using Bosch Platinums again.
  18. (I've used them for the last 3 replacements)

  20. It's true that right after I put them in the engine runs better,
  21. but only for a short while.  Inspecting the plugs, I see that the
  22. electrode is all chewed up, even after only a few thousand miles.

  24. Has anyone else had problems with the B. Plats and what other
  25. brands do people recommend?
